To open an account on the golds bat platform, users must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure. If unauthorized access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. golds bat reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account registered with false information.
All users must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh while using the platform. Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or accessing the platform through automated software is strictly prohibited. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account may result in legal action. No content, software, or data from the platform may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. golds bat reserves the right to immediately suspend any account involved in suspicious activity.
All transactions on the golds bat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may go through a verification process after being submitted, particularly for larger amounts. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted. If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, it must be returned, and golds bat reserves the right to automatically adjust the amount. Each game has its own rules, which are clearly displayed before the game begins. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, golds bat will determine the outcome of that round in accordance with its established policy. Betting limits are set individually for each game and are subject to change. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 48 hours. golds bat's system logs will be considered as final evidence. To promote responsible gaming, users may set daily or weekly limits for themselves.
Golds bat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. Users may request to close their account at any time — however, the closure will only take effect after any pending bets or ongoing transactions have been completed. In the event of a breach of these terms, golds bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
